1. You don't end up in the french squad by luck.. Lenglet had a poor season yes ! but the reason Barca signed him is because he was excellent.. just a bad time to go trough

  2. H, I've followed you for more than ten years. Back when I was working in South America and NewsNow actually forwarded you to information, they sent me to you.

I loved you. You even replied to a few things I wrote.

    You are a miserable codger.

But I'm still a fan and so happy to see your audience growing on all platforms. Long may it continue.

You drove me sometimes, especially when you would ban people who disagrees with you on HH and then TBH.

But I am forever grateful for you keeping me connected to Spurs from another continent for years.

No matter i disagree with you sometimes, you've kept me coming back for more.

I love you mate. Wish you all the success in the world.

As you say, keep it Tottenham

  3. Yeah, it’s a funny one with the numbers. I know it’s irrelevant BUT, if we got Richarlison from Barcelona & Langlet from Everton I wonder what the numbers would then be. 🤔

  4. Once again big fella, you are spot on with your analysis of these incoming players. I have been watching Richarlison since his Watford and never was impressed with his overall performance, as for Lenglet, different kettle of fish and he will only improve our defence. Like you I like my defenders to defend first and foremost. Thanks and keep up the good work.

  5. Truth is, we havent made any big signings. Nothing to get excited about. 150m from Enics loose change has got us a few average players. Underwhelming so far.

  6. I’m apprehensive about Richarlison as well mate – he’s a bit hit and miss, and dives like it’s going out of fashion. Hopefully Conte gets that out of his game – and does what he usually does, which is improve him.

  7. Sanchez, who has never knowingly headed the ball out of defence to a teammate, is not in any news articles regarding a move away from Spurs. This is making me very very nervous and agitated.

  8. I would of agreed with you on Richardson until I saw him play im the Olympics for Brazil, he looked good with better players around him so I am not writing him off like some. Spurs fans judging Clement on his last few seasons rather than what he has done when he was at Sevile.

  9. far from me to to tell you your being negative but i wouldnt expect a top striker to hit alot of goals in a relegation threatened side compared to a top 4 side based on the fact the higher placed teams score more goals and create more chances…so to say he hasnt scored alot of goals in a relegation threatened side is really a tad harsh…its very unlike enic to spend 50m on someone to be a squad player …im not overwhelmed by the signing but a decent option to have around and actually beats the living daylights out of jansen ,vinicius and that donkey Llorente. Im on board with the distrust of ENIC but i think we are seeing a welcome change of attitude and strategy this window. this if we carry it forward to next summer and more backing of conte could seriously see us challenge imho.

  10. Realistically any sensible person has to admit that judging on performance and stats and his history of achievement – Richarlison did not warrant a fee of £60… it leads one to think with £60 was there really not another more decorated player of proven quality who could have been brought in? Alas I am the same and hope he is a success and proves to be worth the money…. Personally I would have spent £60 on a skilful midfielder who can score goals and create for others. But hey, maybe that’s just not what Conte wants

  11. Mwaaaaaa Waaaaahh..etc…but enough of the child in me…Well named, RICHarleson….let's see..I believe ENIC have a habit of 'the more they spend on a player, the worse the outcome'.Clemmy looks stylish and accomplished, but went off the boil in Spain.I assume he wants to go to the World Cup, so hopefully we'll see the best version of him.Bissouma, v good buy.Perisic, v good buy.Forster, decent.
    Conte is a proper football man..always said it..he 'knows'…I'm with you on Bremer, squire..get him in…need a good attacking midfielder, then…LET'S GO!!!🧐

  12. Think your spot on about Richarlison. The one thing going for him is Conte improves nearly every player he works with so i guess we can add another 10-15% to his overall game after a few months of the Conte Magic. thats the hope anyway 🙂

  13. I truly believe Ricky will hit the ground running, and conte wants someone who has a bit of fire in he’s belly, unlike Ndombele who had a few to many Big Macs in he’s belly, if There’s a worry then it’s Lenglet who couldn’t get much action in a struggling side and seems surplus to them, let’s hope he becomes another Kulu signing, if indeed he is coming because I don’t know where the boy is, different reports regarding him

  14. I like Lenglet – he was good for Barca to start with, but fell out of favour and also Barca fell off a bit too as a team (he was still used regularly as a sub last season). One thing to watch out for is I recall watching Lenglet in a few matches over the years (I watch a lot of football!) and he sometimes acted like a quarterback – likes a good ping. I wonder if that would be a useful attribute for Conte. He is very comfortable on the ball and happy to surge forward and then set a winger/striker in on goal. As you say, he doesn't actually get into attacking positions much. He does start a lot of attacks though (rarely passes sideways).

  15. We love your show ! We trust in Conte . Let's hope Richardson is a stellar singin . We're getting quality in and getting rid of the ne'erdowell s . keep it Tottenham ❤

  16. Lenglet is a great signing. It's risk free. We probably won't sign any more foreign players this summer until we able to offload a couple.

  17. Glad someone is sticking up for Emerson. Might not suit the wing back system but after he settled in I thought he played really well. A great athlete too, who never seemed to run out of steam.

  18. Bissouma looks like good business. I'm tentatively positive about Perisic signing. All the other signings feel like "wait and see how they do." The GK makes sense because I think he's homegrown so that's fine. Spence I just can't see how so many fans are falling all over themselves to get this guy through the door. I'm not certain he'll be poor, but the way people are acting you'd be forgiven for thinking he's been Premier League defender of the year two or three times as opposed to a Championship player.

  19. My one and only trip to Camp Nou in 2018 saw Lenglet get a straight red after 20 mins for a deliberate elbow to the face … that's all I can tell you about the guy 😁

  20. Lenglet is brilliant at breaking lines and playing out and thats not those easy line breaking passing when a team is in transition and no set. He’s a had a bad 18 months but the same can be said about many players at Barca. He’s consistent 8/10 at his best, rarely injured and has a great attitude.
Also he isn’t a flop, he was Pique main defence partner in Barca last title winning season. Great player this is a steal

  21. I believe Richarlison is a good buy, he is a EPL proven player, and he can be used as a replacement for anyone on our forward line. I have all trust and faith in Conte, once he sanction the buying of a player we should make every effort to go and get that player, he knows what he's doing and he's a serial winner.

  22. His ball playing ability is Vertonghgen Esque. I think his confidence has been shattered at Barca but I think Conte, new teammates, new fans could easily be exactly what he needs to get bk to where he was, which, luckily for us, was a fantastic Defender.

  23. I agree Richarlison's stats aren't amazing but progressive passes received are in the 4th percentile, 4th, yet his xG and xA are 32nd and 74th percentile respectively. imo a pretty massive outperformance.

  24. Still hope we can get Gleison Bremner – would be a fantastic addition to our back line – has one of the best defensive records I believe in Italy.

  25. of all the players we have signed or are "about to sign " Lenglet is the one I am the least excited about he doesn't seem to be aggressive enough whilst defending for my liking 🙁
