12. Lampard is inept. We're not a coaching finishing school and that's what lampard needs. His exploits as a player instilled in him a hubris that will be the eventual demise of his legacy at CFC as a coach. He should have learned more before coming back to coach CFC ala Gerard and Arteta. Mount works hard and that is his asset. But when his work rate dips he is of no use to us. The instructions to the team that we need to retain possession with backward passes to the defense thereby forcing our defenders to quarterback from the defense or the wings means that a propensity of our passes are where we are at most risk to punishment should the inevitable error ensue. The lack of crossing even when Giroud is playing is grossly inept from a coaching point of view. There are no off the balll running schemes or sets nor any vision of runs being made by those not yet tainted by Lamaprds ineptitude. The new players run off the ball for a bit till they see it being fruitless and no doubt not being addressed at training. Lampard will not last the year. I wish I am proven wrong but like 2015/2016 season when I saw the cracks in Mourinho I fear I am right. Sad thing is…Lampard will be a great coach in 5 – 10 years…but he'd have been jettisoned by then with a fair amount of bad blood all because of hubris.

14. Let me add my opinion here! This is a game to build on your confidence, players know that, and I'm sure Lampard knows that too. Then, this was a "must" win game. You want your team to score goals, at least 2 goals at HT but that didn't happen, what I expected him to do is to tighten up the defense not to concede, I mean the game is almost over anyway. It was a shame! All the team needs right now is some confidence and the Manager can actually help with that!

44. Lampard is inadequate to meet Chelsea fc demands. He got the job too early. It is a fact and a pain truth for that matter. Chelsea fc youtubers should face the reality that Lampard is not the ideal manager now, but may be one for the future.

45. I've said it before and i will keep saying, Frank Lampard is playing a style of football he rejected as a player (under Andreas Villas Boas). In all his playing career he never played in a high pressing formation. Players who have been successful as coaches (Zidane and Pep) perfected the systems they thrived in as players, and it paid off. Lampard knows nothing about the system he's trying to make the team play, hence looking clueless each time we're under pressure.
